In this episode we discuss the importance of respecting someone’s space. It’s not just about respecting their physical space but rather their emotional and mental space as well. We should learn to not take things personally when someone isn’t in the right space to help us or know when to walk away from someone when they are not looking for the same things we are. Acknowledging our feelings and the kind of space we are currently in are also important if we want to strengthen our relationships not only with others but with ourselves as well. Although we cannot blame others for the space they are in, we can learn to respect it and act accordingly.
