When we lead busy lives it’s so easy to get caught up in looking for the next best thing. Whether that means we’re always looking for the next piece of technology, the next best job, or the next relationship, we tend to be ready for the next step without enjoying the present moment. This is the moment we are living in and will not get back. We need to practice gratitude for the small things, such as having a meal or waking up one more morning. Practicing gratitude sets the mindset we need in order to keep pushing towards positivity and self love. This is the episode that reminds us to appreciate our struggle.
